am back...i will give my kidney...

by angelinthedark @ 04.04.2008 - 15:53:16

I am not really sure if I can say “it is good to be back here after a long break”. More than three months had already past since my last visit to this corner of the world. I am not even sure if old mates could still remember me as one of their blog mates. Above all, I have to say a tripple thanks to the web master for he did not remove me from the list of his bloggers. A million thanks also to those who still remember me and did not remove me from the list of their friends. Of course for those who do not remember me at all.
Many things had changed in this sphere of three months some were at my advantage while other were not. It is all about life and I cannot complaint about it. This is part of the game. In this game of life, we are all competitors and like ordinary games, there are winners and there are loser; sometimes we are in the part of the losers and sometimes we are one of the winners. I learned to accept all of these and most of the time with complaint…
Three months….three months….after three months…am resurrected, don’t know…who knows…?

Thanks to all of you mate…..

N.B. am planning to donate one of my “KIDNEYs”, is there anybody urgently needs it? But with one condition: I must see the person who really needed it personally…or else no Kidney..

The Guys' Rules:) in ladies point of view

by angelinthedark @ 13.02.2008 - 14:26:57

After a long absence because of exams, am trying to go back to my normal routine. Am tryin' as far as i can. However half of the school year is over...meaning just a half year remain.

The Guys' Rules
Click here to joint the group

Finally , the guys' side of the story.

We always hear " the rules " From the female side.

Now here are the rules from the male side.

These are our rules!

Please note.. These are all numbered "1" ON PURPOSE!

**

1. Men are NOT mind readers.

****

1. Shopping is NOT a sport. And no, we are never going to think of it that way.

****

1. Crying is blackmail.

****

1. Ask for what you want.

Let us be clear on this one:

Subtle hints do not work!

Strong hints do not work!

Obvious hints do not work!

Just say it!

****

1. Yes and No are perfectly acceptable answers to almost every question.

****

1. Come to us with a problem only if you want help solving it. That's what we do. Sympathy is what your girlfriends are for.

****

1. A headache that lasts for 17 months is a Problem. See a doctor.

****

1. Anything we said 6 months ago is inadmissible in an argument. In fact, all comments become null and void after 7 Days.

****

1. If you won't dress like the Victoria 's Secret girls, don't Expect us to act like soap opera guys.

****

1. If you think you're fat, you probably are. Don't ask us.

****

1. If something we said can be interpreted two ways and one of the ways makes you sad or angry, we meant the other one

****

1. You can either ask us to do something Or tell us how you want it done. Not both.

If you already know best how to do it, just do it yourself.

****

1. Whenever possible, Please say whatever you have to say during commercials.

****

1. Christopher Columbus did NOT need directions and neither do we.

****

1. ALL men see in only 16 colors, like Windows default settings.

Peach, for example, is a fruit, not A color. Pumpkin is also a fruit. We have no idea what mauve is.

****

1. If we ask what is wrong and you say "nothing," We will act like nothing's wrong.

We know you are lying, but it is just not worth the hassle.

****

1. If you ask a question you don't want an answer to, Expect an answer you don't want to hear.

****

1. When we have to go somewhere, absolutely anything you wear is fine. Really .

****

1. Don't ask us what we're thinking about unless you are prepared to discuss such topics as baseball, the shotgun formation, or golf.

****

1. You have enough clothes.

****

1. You have too many shoes.

****

1. I am in shape. Round IS a shape!

****

1. Thank you for reading this.

Yes, I know, I have to sleep on the couch tonight;

N.B: a friend sent me this in my email: am just sharing it with you. What do you think guys.

By the way, hello to you James Lindow

Happy New Year To All!!!
(especially to you who never have a chance to greet others)

Everyday must be a New Year as Christmas comes every morning!!!

Merry Christmas

by angelinthedark @ 23.12.2007 - 22:05:47

He by whom all things were made was made one of all things. The Son of God by the Father without a mother became the Son of man by a mother without a father. The Word Who is God before all time became flesh at the appointed time. The maker of the sun was made under the sun. He Who fills the world lays in a manger, great in the form of God but tiny in the form of a servant; this was in such a way that neither was His greatness diminished by His tininess, nor was His tininess overcome by His greatness.
He so loved us that for our sake He was made man in time, through Whom all times were made; was in the world less in years than His servants, though older than the world itself in His eternity; was made man, Who made man; was created of a mother, whom He created; was carried by hands which He formed; nursed at the breasts which He had filled; cried in the manger in wordless infancy, He the Word without Whom all human eloquence is mute. He who was God was made man by taking on what He was not, not by losing what He was... Let Christ, therefore, lift you up by that which is human in Him; let Him lead you by that which is God—man; let Him guide you through to that which is God. Truth, eternally existing in the bosom of the Father, has sprung from the earth so that He might exist also in the bosom of a mother. Truth, holding the world in place, has sprung from the earth so that He might be carried in the hands of a woman.
St. Augustine, Sermons

We have already all the preparations, good sentiments, beautiful thoughts for this Great though Mysterious event of Holy Christmas; now, there’s only one thing left to be done: put them into practice and Live it for the rest of our Life. The One who is About to Come doesn’t need all these great and extravagant-external-preparations, He already have all of these, in fact far greater than what we could imagine. The one that He needed most is Our Hearts, not the word/s but the Flesh, our True Humanity.
With these poor, insufficient words, I would like to share with you my sincerest Greetings for this Holy Christmas with full of LOVE…!!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU SPECIAL ONE OF JESUS: the CHILD-GOD!!!

egoism....?

by angelinthedark @ 03.10.2007 - 10:00:24

Being is Love, therefore if we don’t love, we know nothing. It is for this that Charity is the organ of perfect knowledge. She disposes in us what is in the other. And turning it up side down, as we may call it , the illusion of egoism, we are starting from the very secret of any type of egoism which is directed towards us. In the measure that things exist, they act and they make us suffer. To accept this passion, accept it actively, meaning we make it our own those which are theirs. Thus to exclude from oneself, by means of abnegation, meaning to generate into oneself a universal life. Those which is imposed necessarily to knowledge is nothing but appearance. And each one kept inside him the intimate truth of being peculiar. In me there is something which is hidden from the others, and that elevates me above all the order of phenomenon. Likewise in the others, if they are as me, there is something that slips from me, and it only exist if it is inaccessible to me. Me, I am not the same for them as I am for me, and them for me as I am for them. Egoism is only disturbed by many idea of antagonistic egoism. And despite the lights of our many sciences, still, most of the time we remain in solitude and in obscurity. Only Love-Charity, putting her in the heart of many, lives above any appearances, she communicates up to the very heart of the substance, and resolve completely the problem of the knowledge of being.

Visit in Tours, France

by angelinthedark @ 30.09.2007 - 20:56:26

Am back from Tours, France after eight days of absence.:):):) I really had a great time with friends. Tours is really a beuatiful city; clean, well organised, quite and people are very hospitable. Aside from Tours, we went also to visit Amboise (of course the castle), Orleans-the city of St. Joanne of Arc. But the thing that really satisfy my eyes there is not the City itself but the Gothic Architecture. From Tours, to Orlean goin' to Amboise, Cathedrals and principal historic buildings shines the granduer of gothic Architecture. What a crazy thing to do...i spent almost half a hour just to scrutinize every angle and every part of this wonderful master pieces....
I know that UK have great Gothic Building, that's why i really enjoyed my two months visit there last year.....Buckingham Palce, Westminster Abbey, Canterbury Catherdal....these are just some of those memorable buildings i had a chance to visit.....I really adore these buildings....and I promised to myself...i have to comeback there...and by that time...to enjoy not only the Gothic buildeing but also the marvelous english landscapes....

Aquatic Salamander???

by angelinthedark @ 13.09.2007 - 20:51:32

When we were doin' camping the Mt. Lattarico, Southern Italy, everytime we passed on a stream, I always encounter this creature....it looks like a "salamander" but am not sure because this animal loves to stay in the water, infact every time i saw it, it's in the water, may be because its summer time or it could be an a(c)quatic salamander...
It's a beautiful creature though....the place is fantastic....i could say, its the real treasure of Calabria...peaceful, fresh water flowing all the time, streams everywhere....mother nature is very kind in that place....

About this gentle creature, can somebody tell me what is this precisely...

Thanks!!!

Ma Che Animale è, Un Salamandro Aquatico....ne ho visto tanti

Back From Vacation

by angelinthedark @ 04.09.2007 - 21:15:18

Hello Everybody, am back from vacation. I went to Southern Italy, like what you've said James, this time, I spent almost everyday lying in the beautiful beach and in the afternoon i watched the sun setting in the far horizon and some days were spent in the mountain. I spent the whole vacations with friends and their family....
Lot of things happened worthy to be kept for the rest of my life...knowing new friends...
Am not good in telling in details of everything that happened during my vacation, but even if am a good story teller like J.K. Rowling, there are still feelings that word cannot described and i cling unto this...
Its good to be back...though it might not be like before...but am always here to read you blog and leave some poor comments if time permits.

Angel
